adding a dist folder to sdk templates #71

To better support larger chunks of source files, we could have a dist folder which is automatically copied into the target folder. We should think about this. The problems stems that we have kind of library code in the templates and we need to maintain them there, ideally they would be outside of the templates. Or even as resuable lib somewhere else.

Will not be done. Solution would be to incoherent. Current rules works just fine and ensures people think about moving code into own libs.
