CI: build cmake modules standalone #122

📑 Description

Individual modules fail on missing dependencies and do not fetch automatically
Move check/fetch of minor dependencies to root CMakeLists
All test scripts are in the scripts subfolder
Fix for cmake installation directories
Update OLink core to v0.2.7
