Updated swagger-node-runner #1

Updated swagger-node-runner to get the fix for #255 in swagger-node.

@behrangsa This change isn't necessary to get the swagger-node-runner patch. The "swagger-node-runner": "^0.4.2" will automatically pick up the latest 0.4.x version.

Hi @theganyo,

You are right. Just doing npm update swagger-express-mw didn't upgrade the module. I had to uninstall and reinstall it.

Please feel free reject the pull request, etc.
