a new release to npm #522

the last version on npm is still 0.10.1, tag created on 24 Feb 2016. there are many pull-requests waiting. would you please create a new version?

I have to update the dependencies first to fix security issues, those alone are worth not doing a release. Since I do this on my own time, and my time is finite, I've just been moving slower than I would like. Sorry.
