Recommend periodic build frequency and update repos. #24

Daily seems like a lot but I don't think it's costing us anything. I would like for builds to repeat with some periodicity so that we're aware of any broken dependencies.

What dependencies do we allow to float?

Even tagged dependencies can disappear.

True and even changed... perhaps we should be vendoring.
