Latest microgateway releases are missing the Darwin tarballs #269

This prevents downloading the latest version using these instructions - https://docs.apigee.com/api-platform/integrations/kubernetes/k8s-prerequisites.

v3.0.2 seems to be the last release with binaries..

even v3.1.7 has this issue and preventing from newcomers using. have to use old 3.0.2. any chance of fixing this issue?
