Support for list only API products purchased by a team used in m10n teams #335

Description

Regarding teams in monetization:

In a team's project you can see API products (rate plans) which are not purchased by the team.

Actual Behavior

All Rate plan's API Products are visible.

Expected Behavior

Only the Purchased rate plan's + Free rate plan's API products should be visible.

Notes

Currently Developer Accepted rate plan API is used, update the usage with Eligible Products API and test the behaviour in all cases.
