Despite APIGEE SaaS, the "override" option doesn't work for Hybrid and as a design scenario it should work in the same way.

@submarinu - will need more info to help.

What version of the plugin are you using?
Can you share the command ?
Error from your command?
Apigee hybrid uses a different management plane and is different from the SaaS. So you need to use the Maven 2.x version.
