Bumped default_content version.
For default_content 2.x the files (image, yaml) are stored in files folder(added the default images in /content/file) also converted hal_jason to yml as it is recommended by default_content module. (https://www.drupal.org/project/default_content/releases/2.0.0-alpha1)
