Support for Drupal 10 #621

Fixes #614

Changes introduced with this PR

  1. Default admin theme is Claro.
  2. Ckeditor 5 is used now.
  3. In Drupal 10 jquery.farbtastic is removed from core, added it in apigee_kickstart_customizer.libraries.yml
  4. Removed deprecated module 'apigee_kickstart_m10n_add_credit'
