Error: [] operator not supported for strings in radix_form_alter() in branch drupal10-prep

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'user/*/monetization/billing-details'

Actual Behavior

Error: [] operator not supported for strings in radix_form_alter()

Expected Behavior

Billing details form should be visible.

Notes

Error when using radix version 5
