Refactor Jenkins multi-branch pipeline job for more demo flexibility

Description

What's changed, or what was fixed?

• stage{dir(){}} construct for more semantically correct processing of a nodejs module
• env variables take precedence over parameters
• parameters allow to rebuild a job with custom values
• the multi-branch Jenkins job is now more demo-friendly and allows for usage of this reference implementation against any edge/opdk or x/hybrid organisation/environment

The pipeline is executed from the solution context. I'd expect this to fail because the WORK_DIR default value is 'references/cicd-pipeline' but should be '.'.
