apigee-edge-5node-template.jinja is missing #2

When i run deploy.sh, it fails with this error ERROR: (gcloud.deployment-manager.deployments.create) Unable to read file 'apigee-edge-5node-template.jinja'.

Looks like - apigee-edge-5node-template.jinja is missing the repo
