What's changed, or what was fixed?

Added type to the apigee_environments table in README so users know PAYG 2024 updated attributes are now supported.

Fixes: #issue

[X ] I have run all the tests locally and they all pass.

thanks @Teodelas

looks like the GH action that was supposed to catch this in the first PR failed us. I'll take a look later. The action should assert that the docs generaetd with tools//update-docs.sh are current.

Anyway thanks for spotting it!
