uncouple apigee-sdk-mgmt-api calls and plugin #12

I think we need to think about uncoupling the apigee sdk and plugin. This would remove the apigee-grunt-common.js and then include the apigee-sdk-mgmt-api version in the package

Agreed. Although a json object can be injected. So, as long as it has those properties, the sdk should work fine. But, yes, it should be more decoupled. I'll share a action item list with what I've captured as well.
