Export many developers results in non-descript error "Fatal error: error is not defined" #42

An org with many (> 10,000) developers fails to export all the developers and generates this error: Fatal error: error is not defined exit code $? is 3

Upon further analysis and debugging, error it thrown in dumpDeveloper function dumpDeveloper error: Error: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND api.enterprise.apigee.com
