Correct less-than symbol on Pagination page #31

The symbol on the page was incorrect (it previously read >, greater-than). This PR corrects this and in the process resolves #27

@jordanwalsh23 Is this likely to ever be merged? If not, I will delete my fork and these PRs (#32).

Hi @mechanarchy - yes. Apologies for the delays here. Lots going on in govt at the moment. The view is that these will all be reviewed and merged over the next 3-4 weeks, hopefully culminating in a new revision to be released in November.

@jordanwalsh23 Hi Jordan, thanks for your prompt reply! No worries, I was doing some digital tidying but I'm in no rush so I'll leave them open and active for the foreseeable future.
