Upgrade to Rails 5 and ruby 2.4.1 #120

I'm not sure if you'd still need this, but since I've already done it :D necessary changes made:

update all related gems
add protected attributes, since mass assignment is removed from newer rails version
add settingslogic, since the default yaml constant creation is also removed
modify migrations to include specific version
change a couple config that changed
change jquery-ui require syntax accordingly

not sure if amazon flex payment is working though, but otherwise the app is runnable
