add one line of detailed comment for video file embed #39

I'm new to the codebase so I may very well be missing something but... Ran into this when trying to embed a youtube video with unchanged embed url cut and pasted as is from youtube. My Video would not play back until I changed the URL from /embed/_tji56sd4 to /v/ _tji56sd4.
