Could you please confirm the merge request. Greece has really set its VAT to 24%!

This was updated on the site but not on github apparently.

Given that this reprository doesn't seem to be maintained since 5 years, and some of the VAT rates are now wrong, I've created a fork with this change and the recent VAT rate changes at: https://github.com/benbucksch/eu-vat-rates
