Can VAT Rates be added? #93

Hey there and thanks for this really wonderfull project :) Im totally happy with this - the only thing, I miss for our Purposes is the "VAT Rate"(s) of each Country. This may be too specific, but maybe this could get added also?

An API seems to already exist on https://vatapi.com/ for that...

There are many APIs, which focus on European VAT Rates. I couldnt find a Project though, which covers "the World" :)
