Windows: IME window can not close when input password with 1750 branch and newer #1377

What steps will reproduce the problem?
the ime window can not hide when i input password,so the password show chinese 
Character with underline.but it is ok on chrome testing.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

hide ime window.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

3.1916.1749  os is (XP to 8)
