ffmpegsumo.dll has no file version #1534

What steps will reproduce the problem?
In windows explorer look at the file version for ffmpegsumo.dll

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A file version: perhaps the same file version found on libcef.dll.  There is no 
file version info.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 32-bit.  3.1750.1774.0.  Win 7 SP2.

Please provide any additional information below.
This dll does change between some builds.  If you try to patch an app that 
embeds CEF, there will be problems on uninstall because of this.  A dialog will 
pop up requiring source media.

ffmpegsumo.dll is built by Chromium. Please file a bug at http://crbug.com.
