When using FT EMS setup, connector does not switch to active server #1

When using fault tolerant connection string for SERVER_URL only the first server is recognized.

SERVER_URL=tcp://asd.xy:17101,tcp://asd.xy:17108

Server 17101 is running in standby and 17108 is active.

Logs: Connected to fault-tolerant standby server: tcp://asd.xy:17101

This results in Prometheus Scraper returning 0 values for all Q/Ts
