Description
User story
As API owner I want to be able to add API to catalog (apinf.io) with Chatbot. Bot should assist me in doing it. Bot asks me the title. Then it asks for description. Then API endpoint and finally the life cycle status. IF all goes well, bot returns the data it added to catalog and link to API profile page. After this Bot might give a hint that additional features can be set too.
