Create a roadmap-feeder for apinf #11

Currently we have a kanban board in Odoo with the high level epics currently being done by Apinf.

Premises

  1. @kyyberi suggests that https://trello.com/b/myf7rKwV/twitter-api-platform-roadmap is a good example of how company-wide roadmap should be displayed to the public
  2. There's already a https://waffle.com/apinf/roadmap created

What needs to be done

  1. There probably needs to be a tag based limiting about information that goes out from odoo to roadmap board
  2. Use the correct tags to have a backend service that 2.1. Pulls information from odoo 2.2. Push information to github (as issues) so that it's visualized on waffle similarly to twitter's trello.
