Machine learning REST

Build a REST API for interacting with Machine Learning as a Service. E.g. scikit-learn machine learning functions could be exposed via HTTP.

Goals

• Produce an OpenAPI specification file describing the API
• scaffold/stub a machine Python API server
• connect machine learning methods to API server endpoints

Experiments

• serialize trained ML model to disk
  • check file size, to get an understanding of storage requirements
• serialize trained ML model to db
