Integrate the proof-of-concept chart created in #1340 to actual Apinf dashboard.

Definition of done

Chart gets data from API Umbrella API
Chart gets loaded in less than 10 seconds
API owner can select the API they are viewing
User can select and change the timeframe
User can reset the time selection
User gets notified if there is no data to show for the particular API (e.g. no calls made to the API)
