This is an EPIC for monetizing SaaS service: charging customers per use.

Open issue: Are we charging per API or per user?

We are assuming that we work with tiers?
Consider other payment alternatives - Stripe (which is a posterchild for good APIs), Braintree
Alerts when you reach tresholds (watch out - you are almost reaching the free tier limit) > owners don't need to submit cc info in the start
