modular API profile page design #1973

As an API owner, I want to enable and disable certain features as offered by apinf

One owner wants to activate the "discussion, code examples,..." modules while another API owner only wants "docs"?

We would design that as part of the API Settings tab, similar to Github repository settings for wiki, etc.
