On clicking Register with Github, a new browser window opens to navigate user to sign in using Github.
If a user accidentally clicks the opened window to the background, s/he sees the page content to be disabled.
This may confuse the user and s/he might not notice that the top bar is still active and can be accessed.
The contents become active again on page reload.
Same is applicable for SignIn Page as well
Proposed solution
For simpler, more intuitive and easier navigation, the suggestion is for keeping the registering components active despite clicking the Register with Github button. It should be user's responsibility to make sure s/he would make single click in order to register.
