Add more information about how Private APIs work

Usability Issue

In the usability test performed on 3.3.2016, user had confusion about how private APIs work. S/he had the impression that he needs to manually add users in order for them to use her/his API. So related pane lacks enough information about what can be a private API and how it works.

Enhancement

• Add more information how visibility of API works, preferably as info tooltip

• Add information who might be the users of private APIs and how they can be added. (can be done as tooltip as well)

• Consideration: Video tutorail about private APIs.

in Next, an API is by default private unless connected to a proxy. There is also provision for text to show this information in API Details tab We need to write an appropriate instruction for the texts and add them in i18n file. After next
