Enhance readability in API settings #2345

I've been adding like 60 APIs to catalog during the past few days. In my experience the readability of the settings page is not good enough. It looks like it's "all the same". It takes too much effort to see where a section begins and which dropdown to open.

This would be also part of DevEx and DX Epic. @matleppa will add specific usecases to improve readability.
