Update testcase to add an API by importing API configuration file #3177

Description:

A new test script should be created to add an API using API configuration. Script should check if needed fields (e.g. API name and Endpoint) and their value are contained withing the uploaded file.

Next doesn't have the functionality to Add API using configuration or specification file. Since the new UI of APInf is Next, closing it.
