Improve 3 party authorization login parameter handling #3586

Background

When a third party authorization is taken in use, the credentials ha to be given at first. It is done either via login UI or using login platform UI.

Problem

Update of parameters with login platform does not meet expected level.

parameters given via login UI are not updated to login platform view
it is not possible to remove parameters given via UI by using login platform view

Solution

Add necessary functionality to make parameter sets to be on same level regardless the way they were given.
