Proxy backend fields update problems

While connecting an API to a Proxy and changing values of parameters, some problems found:

• Append Query String Parameters: can be changed, but not emptied
• Set Request Headers: can be changed, but not emptied
• IDP App Id: can be changed, but not emptied
