SDK code generator setting is wierd #3720

is flickering and blocks saving. End user left hopeless.

how to repro: have a fresh env. click enabled on the tickbox expected: field where url can be given is shown. user can save. "SDK Code generator" text is once. actual: flicker, url cannot be given, cannot save
