Format / media type Suggestion - MCA #1

don't invent a new format/media type (which is what you have here), select an existing one (HAL, Siren, Cj, etc.) so ppl can leverage existing libs and clients and know they are authoring well-formed and valid documents (consider a validator somewhere down the line, too).

We've had comments to make it JSON-LD compatible - thinking about this.
