Meta property? #55

In the json schema https://github.com/api-commons/api-json/blob/master/schemas/schema_0.14.json

There is a meta property at the API level as well as at the file level.

I don't find any documentation in the spec about this section. Also, it's something that is not in the example or in @kinlane 's apis.json file.

What was the intent for this section? Do we want to keep it?

Nope. It should go away. Steve and I negotiated this one away.
