Still happening, yes.

Wasn't sure but am guessing you mean the Console section of Chrome's developer console. There's nothing in there for me.

Strange... Is there any error on the "Network" tab? Is it also happening on other browsers?

One thing though - it looks like it might involve my network. When I hop on my phone's hotspot the page is resolving fine.

It might come from your network then. Sometimes there are some caching operations happening at a network level.
