Initial Help Screen with Key Bindings #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. User starts a new game
2. No hints for key bindings are listed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When a new game is started, a "tip window" is shown listing the basic key 
bindings.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Version 1.11

Please provide any additional information below.

This is a low priority enhancement that should probably be added as a user 
story.

Eric, the easiest way to do this might just be to put the very basic commands
(up/down/confirm) on the main menu page below the header but above the menu (or 
to
the side).  Then the "Controls" choice can link to a full listing page (and 
thus also
solve the other issue about the Pause key).

Later we could extend that page to allow the user to change keyboard mappings as
well, but for now I think that's quite unnecessary.
