No default level in package #41

No default packaged level is included,so it wants me to find one for it.

Not sure how exactly we should handle this, we could have it copy one to the 
Content
folder, or we could manually include it in the installer stuff.

This has been resolved with the inclusion of story mode, and a default custom 
level
will be included in the next release.
