Green Laser (Mouse Cursor) Not Appearing #47

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go into game play
2. Green laser does not appear at mouse position
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I made sure this is now drawing with multi-threading.  It was calling draw 
directly 
instead of adding the draw to the stack.
