Bad Crashes #52

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play story mode (also works on custom levels).
2. Get an enemy or two to see you and fire at you.
3. Fire at them while moving behind a wall.
4. Crash (and burn).

I can't reproduce this anymore. I'm not sure what was causing it.
