Enable clobbering #8

$ hg export 26584 > ~/Downloads/datenum-doco-warn-about-DST.patch
zsh: file exists: /Users/janke/Downloads/datenum-doco-warn-about-DST.patch

I hate that. Tweak things so it allows clobbering by default.
