Rotate in History tab puts 3 pick tiles per row #4

This is due to the application bar being minimized. This may be resolved when selection is added, but this may never be added (arguable use case). In this case, it should be handled better.

Note that the pick tiles do not comfortably fit in the screen in this scenario.
