What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?

Add support for namespace qualification in element and attribute names. See:

- http://www.w3.org/TR/css3-selectors/#attrnmsp

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?

It would help achieve greater CSS Selectors Level 3 compliance.
