Renamed package to sonar_image_proc #2

Also moved AbstractSonarInterface from imaging_sonar_messages.

This is a quibble, but in future commits can you add a blank line between the first "summary" line and the additional details in the commit message? Without that blank line, some of the git commands I use to look at repo history get rather unhappy at a very very long commit message =)

I can confirm that this works in sim, so I'm going to go ahead and merge it.
