adds support for 'read only' text fields on iOS #119

Adds support for 'read only' text field settings on iOS.

Adds comments on how the same might be added for Android (I have no way to test it).

As discussed in https://github.com/apla/me.apla.cordova.app-preferences/issues/106.

@apla @pke I can't work out if the build failures are my fault or not? Any help you can provide would be most appreciated.

seems like patch for cordova index.html is wrong, I can take a look at the end of the week
