Actually it is breaking a lot more than that, there are a lot of random things the htmlmin is doing because of all the directives from angular. I am googling around and it is pretty noted that htmlmin does not work well with angularjs so let's go ahead and just remove it from the build process. We don't really gain too much of a benefit from minifying the HTML anyhow, the amount of bytes we would save is so minute that it doesn't really matter.
